What is a Sharp Sesh?

A Sharp Sesh is an in-person meeting where knives are made sharp.  We know that we can just say MEETING or APPOINTMENT and that would be really simple.  You could even make the argument that there would be no need for this page if we just did that, but we're trying to make SHARP SESH happen.
